Special Note on Difficult Serves
Any document you may want served will be diligently worked at our basic fee. If
you have a particularly difficult service and would like to control your costs
in advance, please contact us to discuss your needs. Each situation must be
quoted on an individual basis. Factors in determining the service fee are the
type of
documents being served, location, time frame and the number of addresses
to be attempted.
Process Serving Rates and Other Fees - This agency's goal is always personal
service, NO SERVICE - NO fee. Fee will be charged if no service because of bad address.
Basic Process Service – per person, per address
Evansville and Vanderburgh County $45
Warrick and Posey County $65
Gibson County and Henderson County, Kentucky $75
Rush Service – Extra, in addition to regular rates $12
Additional Services and Fees
Bank garnishment (routine service) $90. Includes service on bank and one (1) defendant. Additional defendants @$45.
Fax charges
– Receive up to 10 pages Free
– Receive, each page after 10 $.50
– Send, per page $.50
Postage, Fed Ex and phone charges billed at actual cost.
